Follow these steps if you fail to log in due to the wrong username and password:
- Check and make sure your phone number is correct
- Check and input the correct password

Reset your password on the PlasticBank® app through these steps:
a. Open the PlasticBank® app and select “Forgot password
b. Go to the country code section and choose your country
c. Enter your phone number that was registered in the PlasticBank® app
d. Make sure your phone number is correct and press the “Reset Password” button
e. You will receive a new password via SMS on your phone
f. Re-login by entering your phone number and the new password that you received via SMS
g. You will be required to create a new password:
1. Old password (a password that you receive via SMS)
2. New password (a new password that you create)
3. New password confirmation Press the “Change” button
