The Plastic Bank ® app benefits can be exchanged by following these steps:

Make sure you have fulfilled the member’s compliance, including:
Identity card
Family card
A verified phone number on the PlasticBank® app
A verified profile photo on the PlasticBank® app
Signed a member’s oath agreement
Signed a Code of Conduct agreement (for branch owners only)
Link your Plastic Bank account with your Gojek/GoPay account:

Press the green wallet icon on the main page of the PlasticBank® app
Open PlasticBank® app
Click the three lines in the upper left corner of your screen
Choose “Settings”
Press “Link your GoJek account” and input the data needed
Click “Confirm”
- Make sure the phone number on the screen matches your phone number which was registered and verified by GoJek
- Enter the number of benefits that you want to exchange
- Press “Confirm” to finish the transaction
- Check your GoPay wallet on your GoJek account to make sure that you received the fund accordingly
