How to exchange the PlasticBank® app benefits?

The Plastic Bank ® app benefits can be exchanged by following these steps:

  1. Make sure you have fulfilled the member’s compliance, including:
    1. Identity card

    2. Family card

    3. A verified phone number on the PlasticBank® app

    4. A verified profile photo on the PlasticBank® app

    5. Signed a member’s oath agreement 

    6. Signed a Code of Conduct agreement (for branch owners only)

  2. Link your Plastic Bank account with your Gojek/GoPay account:

  3. Press the green wallet icon on the main page of the PlasticBank® app
    • Open PlasticBank® app

    • Click the three lines in the upper left corner of your screen

    • Choose “Settings”

    • Press “Link your GoJek account” and input the data needed

    • Click “Confirm”

  4. Make sure the phone number on the screen matches your phone number which was registered and verified by GoJek
  5. Enter the number of benefits that you want to exchange
  6. Press “Confirm” to finish the transaction
  7. Check your GoPay wallet on your GoJek account to make sure that you received the fund accordingly
