Open your PlasticBank® app and click Log In. In the Log In page, you will see the words ‘Forgot Password?’. Click that and a pop-up will appear asking for your phone number. Type the phone number that you use when logging in the app. You will receive a text providing you a new password. Use that new password to log in. Don’t forget to change it to your preferred password.
