1. Before we link our Gcash Account to our PlasticBank® app, make sure you have fulfilled the member’s compliance, including

• A verified phone number on the PlasticBank® app

• A verified profile photo on the PlasticBank® app

• Gcash Account

2. Also don’t forget to ensure that you have fulfilled the following requirements too:

• Identity card

• Signed member’s oath agreement 

• Signed Code of Conduct agreement (for branch owners only)
  
  

3. Then you may now open your PlasticBank® app and connect your Plastic Bank account with your GCash. 

4. First off, log in with your registered Phone Number and Password. 

5. On your profile page, click the menu button which is the three lines in the upper left corner of your screen. 

6. Choose “Settings” as the sidebar panel shows up. 

7. Then slide it down to “Link your Gcash Account” 

8. Press “Link your Gcash Account” 

9. When you are about to link your GCash, a pop-up notification asking you to confirm your phone number will appear as it will automatically reflect the number you used to create your account. Then click ‘close’.  

10. Then click ‘close’.  

11. Then your default information such as:

• Email 
• GCash Account Number

will be presented based on your registered PB account. 

12. Once verified, click “confirm”. 

13. A pop-up notice confirming the successful linking of your Gcash Account will thereafter appear. 

14. Then press ‘OK”. 

15. Right after, you may notice in the Settings tab that your Gcash account was already connected. 

16. Congratulations
