- Log into your Plastic Bank account
- Navigate to the Settings section
- Select the "Delete Account" option

Important: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Ensure you've downloaded or transferred any important data before proceeding.
For Business Owners and Processors
Business owners have an additional requirement before account deletion. You must first assign a new business owner to your branch or processing account:
- Log into your business owner account
- Go to the Branch/Processor Home page
- Select the staff member you want to assign as the new business owner
- Change their role to "Business Owner" using the role dropdown
- Save the changes
- Once transferred, you can now proceed with account deletion
